Chrysalis is the creation of Rachael Bayliss, an experienced HR professional and qualified business coach. Rachael has 20 years of global experience working with senior and emerging leaders across Europe and Africa. Our Team

Rachael has over 20 years of global experience working with senior and emerging leaders in Africa and Europe across a diverse range of organisations with a proven record of success in transformation and change.

Having worked with a wide range of senior and emerging leaders across African & Europe over the last 20 years, Rachael is well positioned to partner individuals, teams and organisations on a journey of transformation. She strongly believes that helping leaders find and explore their purpose, and establish goals, strengthens not only the leaders, but builds sustainable change for their organisations as well. She has spent the last 10 years living and working across Africa with a key focus on senior strategic partnerships, team effectiveness and diversity & inclusion.

Rachael holds a BA (Econ) Hons from Manchester University and an MAPD from Westminster Business School. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds the Advanced Business Coaching Certificate from the Gordon Institute of Business in South Africa.  As well as working towards her ICF MCC Rachael is also a qualified Mindfulness Practitioner.

Having spent the last 6 months travelling the world with her young family, Rachael is focussed on sharing her passion and vision with those she partners with to realise a better tomorrow.

To listen is very hard, because it asks of us so much interior stability that we no longer need to prove ourselves by speeches, arguments, statements, or declarations. True listeners no longer have an inner need to make their presence known. They are free to receive, to welcome, to accept. Listening is much more than allowing another to talk while waiting for a chance to respond. Listening is paying full attention to others and welcoming them into our very beings.
